Ideas

Choose an existing idea

1. Open Ideas.
2. Use search or the workflow filter to narrow the list when needed.
3. Select one or more ideas with their checkboxes.
4. Select Generate.
5. Review the number of items in the confirmation step, then start the run.

The selected idea already has a workflow. Its workflow controls the generation instructions, output fields, and destination.

Add one idea

1. Select Add one idea.
2. Enter a title or search keyword.
3. Choose a Type of content (workflow).
4. Add optional instructions for the audience, angle, or required points.

Choose how to continue:

• To save the idea without generating content, select Add idea.
• To save the idea and start generation, select Generate.

Select an idea in the list if you need to edit its details before generation.

Add several ideas

1. Select Add multiple ideas.
2. Choose whether each line is a title or keyword.
3. Paste one idea per line.
4. Save the ideas.

You can edit each saved idea afterward.

Manage the list

• Archive removes selected ideas from the active list without deleting them.
• Export downloads selected ideas.
• Search and workflow filters apply to the visible list.

Restore an archived idea

1. In the status filter, select Archived.
2. Select one or more ideas.
3. Select Restore.

Generation limits

Generation uses the current account's page allowance. If a selection contains more ideas than the account can process, Evatype shows the remaining amount before the run starts.

What happens next

New run items appear under Review. They may first appear in the Generating tab. Continue with Review and publish, or read Workflows to change how future items are produced.
